As a Change Deployment Partner, you’ll be at the heart of Programme ONE, leading the charge on our Stores transformation journey. You’ll work closely with store leaders and change champions to activate change, build readiness, and reinforce new ways of working.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional deployment team, focusing on groups of stores at a time, so collaboration, communication, and adaptability are key.
NB - National travel is expected.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Change Delivery: Execute change interventions, support learning, and drive communication across stores.
- Champion Engagement: Build trust with stakeholders, overcome resistance, and advocate for the benefits of change.
- Facilitate Leadership: Run workshops, support change agent networks, and enable leaders to lead change confidently.
- Monitor & Improve: Track readiness, report progress, and continuously improve deployment strategies.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in delivering organisational change across people, processes, and technology.
- Strong stakeholder management skills - you know how to build bridges and connect silos.
- A natural storyteller and facilitator who can capture hearts and minds.
- Knowledge of change frameworks and methodologies.
- A user-centric mindset - humans over checkboxes, always.
