Taylors have secured significant work in the Marlborough region and are on the lookout for a new Construction Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will:
- Support the delivery of various civil engineering projects by undertaking ownership of, and responsibility for the day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Lead and support staff, motivating them to complete projects on time and to required standards. This role has responsibility for plant, people and productivity
- Ensure that client and stakeholder relationships are strongly and positively supported
This position will suit someone who:
- Has a positive outlook, friendly attitude, and willingness to adapt to the work as and where required
- Is a team player
- Has a broad range of skills in the civil sector
- Is able to operate machinery, with the correct licenses
- Has good written and verbal skills and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and work to deliver profitability within job budgets
