Looking for Skilled and Experienced Cooks
We are seeking 2 dedicated Cooks to work in busy restaurant. As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality and freshness.
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment to ensure food is cooked properly.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Season food appropriately during cooking for optimal taste.
- Portion food, plate dishes, and add garnishes, gravies, and sauces.
- Store food in temperature-controlled facilities to maintain freshness and safety.
- Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements, catering to customer needs.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements when necessary.
- Train and assist other kitchen staff and apprentices as needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience OR a relevant qualification.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Ability to work across multiple locations as per business needs.
