Te whiwhinga mahi/The Opportunity
As the Coordinator Learning & Development, you'll play a key role in maintaining our Learning Management System (THRIVE) and supporting the delivery of learning programmes. You'll manage system processes, coordinate training logistics, provide customer service to learners including leaders across the organisation and ensure smooth administration of learning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, troubleshoot issues and help improve our Learning Management System (Totara-based)
- Provide guidance to the business on LMS solutions to meet learning needs
- Upload course content and manage learner profiles
- Respond to customer queries and maintain training tools and templates
- Coordinate programme logistics, reporting, and communications
- Support procurement processes including maintaining contract register
- Support budget management and meeting arrangements, and
- Foster positive relationships across internal teams and external partners.
He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience with Learning Management System administration (Totara preferred)
- Experience in administration, coordination, or customer support
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of adult learning principles is a plus, and
- To be adaptable, open to learning, enjoy problem solving and have a great sense of humour.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $66,066 - $90,008, based on skills and experience.
