We are currently seeking applicants for a role within our Customer Solutions Team, located in Ellerslie, Auckland. The ideal candidate will be solution-orientated and eager to embrace challenges in order to deliver top-tier service and support.
About the role
Reporting to the Australian and New Zealand Customer Solutions Team Leader (Based in Brisbane, Australia) the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility, approachability, and proactively seeking ways to exceed our clients' expectations across Australia and New Zealand.
The key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Responding in a timely manner to all incoming communications via telephone, email from internal and external customers
- Processing and entering all sales orders accurately into the ERP system
- Proactively monitoring all orders and ensuring that the customers is kept informed about the status of their orders
- Provide ongoing communication to the Sales, Audiology & Management teams regarding customer complaints, likes or dislikes by entering feedback into the CRM database
- Liaising with internal departments to provide timely resolutions for customer queries
- Work in collaboration with Field Sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Supporting operational functions in our New Zealand office including consolidated shipping, order processing and general office administration.
What you bring
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong administration skills coupled with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a team focused environment
- A proven track record in building great relationships and assisting customers with positive enthusiasm
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Self motivated, faster learner with the ability to multi-task
- Intermediate MS Office skills, Salesforce or other CRM systems would be highly regarded
- Ability for travel to Brisbane, Australia multiple time a year.
