We are seeking a digitally savvy and action-oriented Digital Client Lead to join our Christchurch based sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in virtual environments, leverages digital tools to build strong customer relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses succeed in a digital world.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, using digital channels to engage, identify opportunities, and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
We are open to people who would be new to a sales environment as well as those experienced in sales.
Positive attitude, self-awareness, culture champion, and a growth mindset are must-haves.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for growth and retention
- Manage and track pipeline activity in CRM to meet and exceed sales targets
- Serve as the primary contact for a large customer portfolio
- Engage decision makers through virtual channels including video, chat, and CRM to ensure Sparks position at the forefront of our client’s preferences
- Understand key industry sectors, drivers, and challenges at a business and vertical level to in turn meet the market in creative ways
- You will have access to the latest AI tools, insight engines, and engagement platforms to enable your activity
- Lead virtual strategy sessions and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-create and pitch solutions
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly through coordinated digital support
