We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Distribution Centre (DC) Manager to oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our Wiri facility. In this critical leadership role, you'll manage all aspects of the DC, including inbound logistics, inventory management, picking, and staff supervision ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in every part of the operation.

We're on the hunt for a driven and experienced DC Manager to take charge of our Wiri distribution hub. You’ll lead daily operations across inbound, inventory, and dispatch, while driving safety, performance, and team engagement. What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end DC operations and hit performance KPIs
• Develop and support a high-performing team
• Champion a Safety First culture across all functions
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiency
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfilment every day

What You Bring

• 10+ years in 3PL/logistics/supply chain leadership
• Proven team management and operations expertise
• Strong grasp of WMS, safety standards & continuous improvement
• Sharp, data-driven decision making
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a “can-do” mindset.
