He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role

  • Full time, Thursday-Monday role
  • Allocate referrals to the nursing team within strict service delivery timeframes
  • Maintain knowledge of and convey the nursing contracts and requirements in a clear, concise and timely manner across the clinical teams and referral centre
  • Maintain and build effective relationships with ACC, GP Practices, clients, staff and stakeholders
  • Maintain a working knowledge of service capability within the geographic areas to enable accurate and expeditious referral and service response
  • Assist in the maintenance of the nurse's schedules and allocation of clients
  • Deliver a high-quality customer focused service and in a highly flexible service response environment
  • Develop and implement solutions to day to day service delivery issues
  • Develop cooperative and cohesive working relationships with nurses and the nursing leadership team
  • Provide reporting and administrative support as directed by the team leader and/ or management team.

  • Ability to plan and prioritise when working under pressure
