We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisory Manager to lead a team of skilled professionals delivering high quality, people focused HR support across the organisation.

You'll be instrumental in guiding the team to deliver consistent, compliant, and responsive HR advice, while also driving improvements in processes and service delivery.

- Cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery.

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, including team leadership and operational delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of New Zealand employment law and contemporary HR practices.

Additional information:
Hours of work - Permanent, Full-time position, Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week
Location - This position is primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street
Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $115,466 to $134,581 per annum. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
