Seeking an experienced HR Manager for a 12-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the CEO Packaging, your confident and collaborative approach is pivotal in supporting a well-established leadership team during a transformational phase within the business. With the support of a dedicated and professional HR team of 3; your role is to lead and oversee the HR function of the Packaging business; comprising 5 manufacturing plants and regional sites around NZ.
Experience:
- HR Manager with minimum 7+ years’ experience.
- Technical and practical experience working within a unionised environment ideally within a large multi-site organisation.
- Skilled at industrial relations & experience in union collective negotiations
- Sound knowledge around NZ employment relations environment and legislation
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Highly computer literate with Microsoft Suite, exposure to HRIS LMS and payroll systems.
