We are seeking an Implementation Lead to lead the rollout of the Te Pou Tautoko Ākonga Paparua | Dual Providers Tool as part of the Student Journey Project, within the Learning Delivery Wāhanga.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position running from 1 September 2025 to 31 May 2026.

The Implementation Lead will be responsible for both leading and delivering the implementation of the Te Pou Tautoko Ākonga Paparua | Dual Providers Tool, including developing and delivering professional learning and development (PLD) to support our internal kaimahi and more than 700 external providers across Aotearoa.

This role reports to the Programme Manager and will ensure consistent implementation across all regions. It includes oversight of the Dual Providers space, managing PLD programmes, and supporting continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and enhanced practice.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation planning – Developing and delivering the implementation plan, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Change facilitation – Supporting groups to transition from TES to Te Pou Tautoko Ākonga Paparua.
  • Strategic leadership – Strengthening culturally responsive practices and inclusive learning environments to support the transition to the new tool within the Dual space.
  • PLD programme management – Managing internal and external PLD delivery in alignment with the Programme Manager – Student Journey.
