We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Auckland office.
As an Insurer and Consumer Specialist, you will support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Brokers, Risk Advisors, Senior Risk Advisors and Principals within Mercer Marsh Benefits.
We will count on you to:
Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support of Broker, Risk Adviser and Senior Risk Adviser, Principal.
Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.
Comply fully with the Company's errors and omissions avoidance policy.
Other duties as may be required from time to time.
Timely and accurate production/processing of:
Correspondence, letters, memos, faxes, emails.
Invoices and related policy accounting documentation.
Quotations, quote reports and placing slips.
Premium and adjustment calculations.
Information and documentation for pre-renewal and broking meetings.
Draft policy wordings and endorsements for review by client executives.
Draft renewal reports and insurance manuals.
Certificates of currency.
Up to date computer system records.
Current and outstanding documentation follow ups.
Outstanding debtors correspondence.
Claims documentation as required.
Premium funding documentation.
All other documentation which may include preparation of PowerPoint slides, charts/graphs in Excel and PowerPoint.
What you need to have:
Experience within insurance or financial services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Excel and Word
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Strong numerical skills
Excellent organisation skills with ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work within a team.
Adept to learning new technologies.
