To support the ongoing transformation of our airline and the important part the Learning function has to play, we are now recruiting for a Learning Specialist in the Learning Tribe.

This role will be pivotal in scoping and meeting learning needs across the organisation. Whether your strength lies in learning consulting and evaluation, learning design, or both - we’re looking for someone who can help shape and deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences. You’ll use modern approaches to assess capability gaps, co-create solutions, and evaluate their real-world impact alongside a highly collaborative and talented team.

Working in agile squads, you’ll flow to work where your expertise adds the most value, with opportunities to shape solutions across a variety of capability areas, while keeping safety at the core of everything we do.
