Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things running efficiently? As Office Coordinator you will provide proactive administrative support to the Chief Digital Officer and the wider Digital Services team. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and act as a key link between internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties will include:
- Assisting the Chief Digital Officer team with efficient day-to-day admin
- Maintaining process documentation and supporting effective information management
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
- Managing office resources and logistics to ensure smooth functioning
- Providing secretariat support and ensure meetings are well-organised and documented
- Onboarding and guiding non-project contractors for quick integration and productivity.
Mōu | Who You Are
You have a minimum of 5 years in a personal, executive assistance or office management type role and hold an NCEA 5/National Certificate (NZQA Level 5) or equivalent although aa Bachelor's Degree (NZQA Level 7) is desirable.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to plan, execute and monitor minor projects
- Competency in all Microsoft Office programmes including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in data retrieval from the internet and databases
- Financial Administration to a high level of accuracy and detail
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Previous diary management experience.
