Transport,WarehouseWe are looking for a driven Outbound Manager to oversee the daily transport operations, with a focus on loading efficiency, driver performance, and service excellence. You will optimise outbound productivity, champion health & safety, and implement best-in-class transport processes — all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team growth.

What you'll do:
- Oversee the full outbound transport function across North Island operations
- Drive truck utilisation, reduce loading times, and enhance delivery performance
- Develop and implement loading plans to ensure smooth product flow and dispatch
- Manage and refine KPIs around DIFOT, scan-to-lane/truck, fleet use, and labour productivity
- Monitor dashboards, ensure process adherence, and attend customer meetings as needed
- Lead by example to drive a culture of operational excellence and team accountability
- Control costs and maximise revenue through proactive resource management and accurate billing
What you bring:
- 10+ years experience in transport roles within logistics, with a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Tech savvy and data driven, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS, and strong analytical skills.
- Be a strategic thinker with a hands on approach, ready to lead from the front and support a high-performing team
- Proven problem solver who is highly organised and passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence
