Are you passionate about creating impactful, industry-engaged student experiences? AUT's Faculty of Business, Economics and Law is seeking a proactive and organised Partnerships Coordinator to lead and support a range of initiatives and events, including the high-profile Shadow a Leader programme.
The Coordinator assists the Director in the implementation of the Faculty's Partnerships Plan, with a focus on enhancing the student co-curricular experience. Particularly, the Coordinator manages the annual calendar of partnership activities, coordinates industry-led student opportunities, and delivers inclusive engagement events tailored to diverse student cohorts. You'll also support special projects that connect students with industry, including scholarships, governance board placements, and professional memberships, ensuring efficient coordination and student engagement is maximised.
The role can be busy, working to deadlines. With your proactive, professional and enthusiastic manner, you will independently manage a varied portfolio of responsibilities.
In particular, the successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordinator-level role supporting and managing various projects
- Experience in facilitating events involving many stakeholders
- Experience working within a tertiary environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders, from high school students to industry leaders.
- A forward-thinking approach with a high level of attention to detail
- Passion for creating and maintaining genuine and meaningful relationships that benefit the Faculty

Ngā Utu | Salary: $73,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
