As a P&C Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin and coordination within the People & Culture space. From onboarding new team members, to maintaining accurate employee records, and responding to general HR queries—you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of our P&C operations.
This is a 12-month fixed term position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the P&C Help Desk and responding to general enquiries.
- Preparing employment agreements and documentation with precision.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes alongside Talent Acquisition.
- Coordinating offboarding activities, including exit interviews and background checks.
- Maintaining employee records and supporting payroll alignment.
- Assisting with remuneration processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Supporting wider P&C projects and initiatives.
About You
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused and able to anticipate needs.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities.
- Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
