The Opportunity:
- Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? The Reporting Specialist is responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality, visually engaging business intelligence (BI) solutions such as reports, dashboards, cubes, and data interfaces, that ensure data accuracy, support continuous improvement and enable data-driven decision-making.
Day to day you will:
- Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare, analyse, and assess financial reports using Power BI to provide stakeholders with dependable and insightful financial data. This will support enhanced business performance and informed decision-making.
- Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Establish and nurture robust working relationships across various divisions to ensure a harmonious balance between divisional needs and overall business efficiency.
- Process Improvement & Standardisation: Lead initiatives to drive consistency in reporting by streamlining and standardising requirements. This will ensure that reports effectively support divisional decision-making and foster continuous business improvement.
- Compelling Data Visualisations: Develop visualisations and reports that convey clear and engaging narratives, transforming complex data into easily digestible insights.
About you:
- Proven experience in utilising Power BI and DAX coding to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- The ability to articulate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Preferably, you have a background in navigating and contributing to a corporate setting, enhancing business processes through data-driven insights.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
