- Permanent, part-time opportunity (0.7 FTE)
- Salary band between $72,035 and $75,050 p.a pro-rata and KiwiSaver
- Monday and Tuesday in Balclutha 8.30am - 5pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.30pm in Gore, flexibility around the other 4 hours

About the role
This role will effectively contribute to the smooth running of the Balclutha/ Gore Community Mental Health Service by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation.
This role will:
- provide timely and accurate confidential administrative support to enable the efficient functioning of the service
- process intake as instructed by clinical staff
- organise and book appointments as directed
- participate in and contribute to the functioning of the team
- be responsible for photocopying, mail duties - such as logging incoming mail, as directed by Clinical Manager.

About you
Naturally you will have a friendly and welcoming nature and be comfortable interacting with patients and their whānau. As an experienced administrator, you will be skilled at juggling multiple priorities, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Our successful candidate will have:
- at least four years clerical administration experience
- a strong attention to detail
- excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- a high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to work to deadlines.
