We’re now looking for a Supply Planner to join our Merchandise team at our Support Centre in Albany, Auckland. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) offering the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of imported products, ensuring smooth and cost-effective importation and distribution. You’ll drive efficiency through smart systems, seamless processes, and industry best practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Management: Process new and repeat orders, integrate continuity products into forecasts, and manage allocations.
- Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels using forecasted sales data, avoiding out-of-stocks while staying within budget.
- Indent Orders: Coordinate store orders, manage container ETAs, and support stores with unloading and invoicing.
- Shipping & Logistics: Select shipping methods, manage purchase orders, and track supplier confirmations.
- Importation & Receipting: Ensure accurate shipment tracking, documentation, and costing.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate discrepancies, manage damages, and ensure timely order processing.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll ideally have:- A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of proven success in a similar role
- Strong SAP experience (essential)
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Expertise in quoting and costing products
- Hands-on experience with overseas purchasing and global shipping
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to precision
