About the Role
We are seeking a Workflow Manager to optimise clinic flow across our New Zealand Business Unit. Based in Hamilton, this essential role is critical in ensuring efficient workflow management, driving productivity, and influencing key stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Influence – Work closely with radiologists, clinic managers, and senior leadership to drive operational excellence, optimise workflows, and enhance service efficiency.
Strategic Workflow Management – Lead the coordination of radiologist workloads, ensuring real-time adjustments to maintain high service standards and productivity.
Process Improvement & Change Management – Identify, develop, and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building – Build strong relationships with radiologists, clinic teams, and external partners to drive collaboration and align workflow priorities with business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement targeted improvements.
Crisis & Incident Management – Take a proactive approach in managing urgent workflow disruptions, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service quality.

Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a workflow role within healthcare, radiology, or a similar high-paced clinical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence medical professionals, particularly radiologists.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset with experience in workflow optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in implementing operational improvements and managing change within clinical environments.
- Proficiency in healthcare scheduling and workflow management tools is a plus.
