About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ACC Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of injury-related patient support, timely ACC funding applicationsall while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.
About the Team/Service/ Location
You will join our Finance team at Hawkes Bay Hospital, working closely with the ACC Services team, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure ACC processes run smoothly.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ACC coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ACC processes and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
