We're looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to support the Auckland Regional business based at our corporate office in Penrose. This is 12 month fixed term role to cover parental leave commencing October 2025. You are responsible for everything relating to Accounts Payable; processing, customer service (internal/ external), documentation, administration, recordkeeping, reporting, and information management systems. Our values will drive everything you do.
In addition to the above you will:
- Best practice accounts payable followed, including tax requirements of invoices
- Matching Purchase Orders and Receipts with supplier invoices
- Responding to supplier/subcontractors and internal queries
- All monthly Creditor/Accounts Payable integrity and control reporting reviews
- Providing training/guidance to administration/operational staff on all matters relating to accounts payable, purchase orders, receipts and accruals
- Maintaining supplier database, including new supplier set ups

We’re looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience in Accounts Payable function with (>3 years)
- Competent on computers/Microsoft Suites
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
