Job Description
You will:
- Manage and optimize school data and software applications to support strategic decision-making
- Lead and develop a team of three professionals ensuring excellent service delivery
- Implement best practices in data accuracy, security, and reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to meet evolving system needs
- Drive continuous improvements in technology and operational workflows
Desired Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in IT or Business with strong systems management experience
- Skilled in BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports) and software such as SQL, Power Apps, Office365
- Leadership experience with a focus on staff development and team performance
- Project management expertise and a customer-focused mindset
- A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
