The Opportunity


Nestlé Health Science aims to be the market leader in specialised dietary supplements and nutrition solutions that enhance consumer health and wellbeing.


We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative Brand Manager to join the passionate Nestlé Health Science (NHS) team in Parnell, Auckland on a 12-month contract. Take the lead in shaping the future of our renowned brands, including Vital Proteins, Solgar, and Optifast. This is an exciting opportunity to drive overall marketing and management for our Health Science portfolio in the New Zealand market.


A day in the Life…


As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our brands.


  • Lead the creation of a 3-year brand strategy using top consumer insights to enhance communication and drive successful innovation.
  • Define the target market and develop an inspiring consumer portrait tailored for the New Zealand market.
  • Create and execute engaging communication strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand and global brand teams.
  • Ensure collaboration across teams to align brand strategies and implementation plans effectively with the commercial team.


What will make you successful:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within the Consumer Health (pharmacy channel) or FMCG industry.
  • Background in dietary supplements or beauty products, along with pharmacy experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and presenting skills
  • Ability to use category management and leveraging insights to determine brand strategies
