Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase market share
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to inform business development strategies
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics
