With a strong statutory and legislative understanding of the Resource Management Act, you’ll also be familiar with project management tools and have good negotiation skills. A sound problem solver with analytical ability, you’ll be able to juggle multiple balls keeping one eye on today and the other on tomorrow. You’ll also need:· Proven ability to bring a wide range of internal/external stakeholders and consultants together effectively.· Experience in financial evaluation of proposals and due diligence.· Development experience across commercial sectors.· A good understanding of NZ planning and Construction Contract laws.We’re interested in your diverse experiences, your strengths and how adaptable you are to learn and grow.
