We are currently looking for a talented Business Manager (full time and permanent) to manage the administration for our operations, sites, human resourcing, documentation, compliance.
You must have at least three years of minimum relevant experience and/or a level 5 qualification in Business/Management/Administration
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain all records including financials
- Ensure all documentation for contracts (including drafting)
- Banking
- Verifying transactions
- Preparing and following up on invoices and quotes
- Drafting quotations and maintaining staff rosters
- Ensuring work at sites are being conducted
- Draft emails for business
- Basic financial accounting tasks
- Invoicing and reconciling transactions
- Managing the administrative functions of the business
- Managing all documentation related to suppliers
- Accounts and Office Management
- Managing and organising work schedules
- Managing customer database
- Ensuring customer work is conducted on time and ensure that technicians are conducting work in line with contractual obligations
- Managing work flow
- Managing compliance
- Managing all marketing and promotional activity
- Managing website
- Managing feedback and implementing into operations
