Position: Cook (2 Vacancies)

Job Description:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu.
- Assist in planning and developing new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Manager.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience.
- Practical cooking experience and demonstrated skills will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Compliance:
- Must adhere to New Zealand food safety and hygiene standards.
- Legal right to work in New Zealand.
