Your Impact
Based at our Papakura site in New Zealand, the Customer Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring customers receive the right products, on time, every time. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate orders, resolve logistics queries, and deliver outstanding service that strengthens our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
Coordinate with supply chain, production, and transport teams
Resolve delivery or logistics issues quickly and effectively
Provide proactive updates and communication to customers
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve service
About You
Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with systems, data, and reporting
Collaborative and proactive approach with a focus on customers
