This is an exciting opportunity for an Insights Analyst - Remediation. In this role you will be responsible for both delivery of remediation cases providing quality insight, data and technical solutions and providing coaching and oversight of remediation cases to other analysts. They enable effective, accurate and timely remediation for customers.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Develop remediation approaches.
- Input into reusable data assets.
- Working with the wider team on establishing best practices
- Feedback on process improvements.
- Manage stakeholders.
What is the team culture and environment like?
We work in a relaxed and understanding environment where everyone is given their own autonomy working towards timelines unique to that remediation. You will be joining a cohesive team – I enjoy interacting with them both from a working and personal level.
What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?
The unique product scenarios can at times be very complex so having a level head and being logical in approach goes a long way.
What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?
- 4+ years in relevant analytical roles
- 2+ years in financial services
- Willingness to communicate
- Logical and open to adjusting viewpoints based on feedback.
To be successful in the role we require open communication with myself, with the team and with stakeholders and providing valuable insights into current processes.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
