The Food & Beverage Team Leader plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by supervising daily operations, supporting and motivating the service team, and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive team culture while driving efficiency and consistency across all food and beverage outlets.

About the Role
The role is to support the Management team in providing excellent guest service and ensuring that Hyatt service standards are met. Strong focus on customer experience is a must.
Some of the Responsibilities include:
- Works closely with Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and up sell alternatives
- To assign responsibilities to front line staff and to check their performance periodically.
- To liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on daily basis, regarding the operation and quality control.
- To assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
- To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and Interpersonal Skills
- The ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure
- Flexibility to work on a full-time rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Familiar with wine styles and grape varieties and other beverage items
- Current LCQ or GM certification
