Job Description
- Welcoming guests with a friendly smile, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere as their first point of contact.
- Delivering outstanding service, attentively catering to guest needs and exceeding expectations throughout their visit.
- Building rapport with VIPs and regular guests to ensure personalized and memorable experiences.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, bringing experience from a star-class hotel or a vibrant restaurant setting.
- Confidently communicating in English, while being approachable and supportive to those for whom English is not their first language.
- Passionate, organized, and dedicated to making every dining experience special and unforgettable for our guests.
Qualifications
- Bringing at least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, with a strong foundation in customer care
- Confident in your communication skills, both written and verbal, while offering support to guests for whom English may not be their first language
- Providing exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Leveraging your background in hospitality, with experience in a fast-paced restaurant or 5-star Hotel environment
- Organized, energetic, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences that guests will appreciate and cherish
- Approachable and professional, with a flair for making every guest feel valued and cared for
