Youtap Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments.
You will support day-to-day IT operations, manage Microsoft cloud services, implement system enhancements, and provide user support across our business. A strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance is essential, as you will help maintain our PCI-DSS and ISO27001 standards.
Youtap provides secure, banking-grade software solutions to banks and financial institutions. We require candidates to hold relevant Microsoft and/or Cybersecurity certifications. Please include all certifications in your application.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Cloud Administration
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
- Administer user accounts, access policies, device management, and security protocols.
- Manage license administration for third-party applications such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Figma, and others.
- Endpoint Management
- Set up and manage desktop PC imaging, deployment, patching, and software updates.
- Manage user access and licensing for development, design, finance, and project management software.
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance across all devices.
- Network Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Ubiquiti routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
- Set up and manage VPN access for employees using Ubiquiti platforms.
- Manage secure VPN connectivity to Youtap customers and across global office locations.
- Cybersecurity
- Monitor for security threats, perform vulnerability assessments, and implement remediation plans.
- Set up and manage antivirus solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender) and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Ensure timely security patching across all systems and endpoints.
- Team Leadership
- Provide technical oversight and day-to-day supervision of two network engineers based in Indonesia.
- Assign tasks, track deliverables, and mentor junior technical team members as needed.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date IT infrastructure documentation, security policies, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS, as well as internal IT governance policies.
- Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support, resolving escalated technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors for support and issue resolution when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
- Minimum Certifications Required; Microsoft Certifications (Azure AD, Security Operations), CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
- Understanding of Software Development applications and associated support applications.
- Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti network hardware (routers, switches, UniFi Controller).
- Proven capability managing desktop imaging and endpoint patching.
- Solid understanding of VPN technologies, network security protocols, and cybersecurity management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing a small offshore team.
Working Environment
- Position involves coordination with offshore teams; occasional out-of-hours work may be required.
- Ability to travel occasionally to offshore offices if necessary.
