We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Key Account Executive to support our FSSI account and contribute to the delivery of commercial goals. This role is instrumental in maintaining data accuracy, driving promotional planning, and providing sales forecasting support, while also helping to build Hellers’ presence with FSNZ.
Working closely with the FSSI Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing key promotional activities - ensuring all deals are accurately loaded and aligned with promotional calendars. You’ll also maintain pricing and product data across your portfolio to support effective execution and customer satisfaction.
A key part of the role involves generating and analysing sales reports to provide actionable insights and support forecasting. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the FSSI Field Sales team, to ensure priorities and communication are well aligned.
In addition, you’ll provide backup support for the National VMI and Data Integrity Planner role, helping maintain continuity and high standards across systems and planning processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years in sales support or FMCG environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong data management and systems capability (e.g., MS Office)
- A proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset
