We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join the team and take ownership of managing and improving the support function for all things network-related. You’ll be the first line of defence 🛡️ for all incoming tickets related to connectivity, reliability, and performance of our communications stack, and will play a key role in identifying and resolving issues quickly-sometimes before they become customer-visible 👀.
💼 What your day could look like
- 📨 Triage and manage all incoming support tickets related to the communications network
- 🧩 Solve issues where possible and escalate effectively when da eeper investigation is needed
- 📈 Track and improve KPIs for support efficiency and network reliability
- 🛠️ Build internal tooling (dashboards, Athena queries, monitors, etc.) to streamline support workflows and improve visibility
- 🤝 Collaborate closely with Customer Support and Fleet teams to proactively detect patterns, flag potential issues, and implement fixes
- 🔍 Identify recurring problem areas and drive longer-term solutions through tooling, process, or engineering improvements
