Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Office Manager for a short-term secondment in the Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions Team. This secondment is until 31 October 2025 while the current Office Manager is on a secondment to another team. This would be a great development opportunity for a current Administrator/Snr Administrator to join a vibrant, friendly, inclusive and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event management.
- Financial assistance.
- HR Administration, including Oracle.
- Provide administrative support.
Ō pūmanawa - About you
If you are super organised, assertive with a sense of humour and are an experienced Administrator who is familiar with Oracle HCM and HR Recruitment processes, we would love to hear from you!
It would be great if you have proven experience in office management, and administration of a busy team. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work to a high standard of accuracy is essential.
This role is responsible for organising and coordinating events and team activities to ensure a fun and inclusive working environment.

- Experience with general HR and financial administration.
- Proven experience in office management and administration of small business operations.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
