We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join the Waikato Management School as the Operations and Delivery Manager, MBA and Executive Education.
This pivotal role ensures the seamless delivery of our MBA and Executive Education programmes, both domestically and internationally. You will lead operational planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement for MBA and Executive Education to uphold exceptional participant experiences and programme quality.
Your strong leadership will translate strategic objectives into action, while managing diverse relationships across the University and external partners. This is your chance to be at the forefront of delivering high-value executive education in a globally respected business school.
Salary will be in the range of $99,865 to $110,392 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) based on our Hillcrest Campus in Hamilton.

Ko wai koe? – Who are you?
You’ll be an experienced professional with:
- A relevant degree (or significant equivalent experience), ideally with postgraduate qualifications in business, education, or strategy.
- At least five years’ experience in programme operations, ideally in executive education or similar client-facing environments.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, logistics coordination, and continuous improvement.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, digital tools, and excellent communication skills.
- A collaborative, consultative style and the ability to prioritise effectively in a complex environment.
Knowledge of university systems, student lifecycle analytics, or familiarity with Waikato Management School’s Triple Crown accreditation would be advantageous.
