Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role:
As a Payments Officer you will be responsible for accurate, timely and efficient processing of claim and treatment related payment transactions. These positions are based at our Auckland, Wellington and Dunedin offices.
A large part of this role is data entry, so you will need to be a bit of a whizz on the keyboard with an eagle eye for detail to ensure we get things right for our customers.
Some of the day-to-day activities in this role include:
- Authorising and processing payments for our providers in a timely manner
- Resolution of enquires (either over the phone or email)
- Entering and updating invoices into our system

- This is a full-time role (40 hours a week), working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
