Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity- Principal Asset Information Analyst
The Principal Aset Information Analyst is responsible for delivering business analysis services in support of AT asset management outcomes and broader business improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will analyse, design, develop and maintain business solutions, leveraging AT enterprise asset management systems and tools that address the critical business challenges in the management of long-life assets and services. This includes staying informed about industry knowledge, new standards and technology to ensure AT is a leader or early adopter of new opportunities.
Key Tasks include:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop technical solutions to business problems, furthering AT's objectives and business priorities.
- Define, document, prioritise, and analyse business and stakeholder requirements, and report them back to stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor data quality metrics, ensuring business data and reporting needs are met, with a special focus on maintenance and construction/as-built datasets.
- Manage projects and develop technical requirements to fulfil the business needs of the Design & Engineering group, including adhering to industry standards and initiatives.
- Access and use asset management tools such as ThinkProject's Asset and Work Manager (formerly RAMM), SPM, etc. to source and deliver infrastructure intelligence and reporting requirements.
Ko koe tēnei | About you
- Bachelor's degree in business, systems, engineering, science, operational research, commerce or other relevant qualification.
- 10 years' experience in Asset management or infrastructure operations business
- Extensive experience in asset systems and business reporting systems, i.e. RAMM, Power BI etc.
- 5 years Senior Analyst experience
- 5 years in highly political or complex working environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements and key performance indicators.
