Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Join us in shaping the future of digital experiences at UC! As our Product Manager (Engagement and Student Pathways), you'll lead the strategic direction and lifecycle of our digital engagement platforms (CRM, portals, UC Online suite) and services ensuring they deliver real value to our staff, researchers, community and students. You'll champion user-centric design, agile delivery, and innovation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable solutions that make it easy for future and new students to engage with UC, both online and face to face. From defining product vision and roadmaps to engaging stakeholders and driving change, your work will be central to enhancing UC's digital landscape and supporting our growth, academic enablement and research strategies. Mōu | Who You Are
You are an experienced Product Manager who brings:
- 7+ years of product management experience in complex environments.
- 5+ years managing digital products or platforms in higher education.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, Business, or Marketing (NZQA Level 7).
- Proven success in digital innovation and user experience design.
- Strong strategic planning, vendor management, and agile delivery skills.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels.
- An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
