Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity - Service Information Specialist
This role compiles and distributes new or revised public transport (PT) service information to the relevant teams to ensure customer service information is kept up to date.
It also ensures service information is accurate and reliable, collaborating with IVU system specialists to ensure the source data is meaningful and correct.
Key tasks will include:
- Communicating Public Transport service changes and planned disruptions to relevant stakeholders, within the CX division and elsewhere across AT as appropriate. This specifically includes notifying the digital content about planned disruptions and events.
- Briefing the design team on requirements for the creation of new timetables, route information, and brochures as well as collateral for stop closures and temporary relocations, events, and updating of maps and other relevant customer information. Providing quality assurance to ensure the design team's output is accurate.
- Liaising with the Customer Project Delivery Manager (Wayfinding) to ensure new collateral is produced and installed across physical customer information channels, such as on-street, on-board, retail network and at PT facilities.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience in an information management role.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, developing and implementing customer service and service information programmes, preferably in a transport, logistics, or retail environment.
- Experience in a role requiring strong technical skills and high IT literacy, in a data-driven role requiring great attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively in a cross functional virtual team
