The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga Mahi
As part of our continued growth, we are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Quality Administrator to join the team. In this role, you will support the Quality Lead in maintaining and improving Healthvision’s Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
This is a permanent full-time (40 hrs) position based in our Head Office (Greenlane, Auckland).
Key Responsibilities | Nga Haepapa Matua
- Managing relevant quality documentation within required timeframes and alignment with quality policies and procedures
- Processing internal audits, ensuring adherence to audit schedules and QMS standards
- Keeping records up to date and ensuring accuracy and timely collection of data across key areas of service delivery
- Supporting quality-related processes, coordinating training workshops, and providing administrative support for quality improvement initiatives
- Monitoring and assisting with complaints, feedback and escalations in accordance with internal policies and risk thresholds
- Providing high-standard customer service to all stakeholders, involvement in the health and safety procedures, completing internal audits and continuous improvement support
About You | He Kōrero Mōu
You are a detail-oriented and professional administrator who brings strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Ideally, you will also have:
- A good knowledge of the health and disability sector, including an understanding of the Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standards
- Sound knowledge and/or experience working within services supporting Traumatic Brain Injury and spinal injuries
- Strong documentation and information management skills, including a solid understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and safe storage of information
- Experience in participation in quality improvement activities, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using document management systems.
- Proficient in computer systems, with a quick adaptability to new systems and technology
- Ability to apply Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in everyday practice and decision-making
- Strong initiative and a proactive approach to task management, with a problem-solving mindset
- An ability to prioritise competing demands, remain calm under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.
