About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga
We are looking for an administrator superstar who will be managing and tracking referrals from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, generating reports and insights, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm based in the Palmerston North office.
Sample of responsibilities include:
- Receive and process referrals from different channels, including email, phone, and online referrals.
- Enter and update referral data in our CRM system and other databases.
- Monitor and follow up on referral status and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth referral flow and coordination.
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with referral sources, colleagues, and clients.
- Portfolio management for one or more specific referral areas within the team.
What you will bring | Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
- Cheerful personality and excellent communication skills.
- Technical inclination and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
- Proven administration experience or relevant previous experience working within the health, disability and/or behaviour support sector.
