We’re on the lookout for a Reliability Engineer to join our high-performing Supply Chain Centre of Excellence team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving Total Asset Management and implementing Lion’s TPM strategy across our operational sites, with the goal of achieving world-class reliability, performance, and efficiency.
This is a Permanent Full-time position based at our iconic Pride Brewery in Auckland, and you will work collaboratively with all our sites across Australia and New Zealand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with the site operational teams to improve asset availability and plant performance across our ANZ network
- Lead the rollout of TPM practices, collaborating with engineering leaders to embed best-in-class processes
- Use operational data and insights to identify areas of focus and drive targeted improvements
- Champion reliability engineering systems and best practices
- Support the uplift of technical capability across reliability teams, particularly in maintenance planning and execution.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or other relevant technical disciplines.
- Solid experience in engineering and reliability (don’t worry if you haven’t worked in FMCG – we welcome experience from mining, defence, or similar asset intensive industries!)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you're someone who can bring people on the journey
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools
- Familiarity with SAP CMMS and Maintenance Work Management systems
