Join a dynamic team shaping global learning experiences! As the Scholarships and Global Exchange Coordinator, you'll be a pivotal part of the Local and Global Marketing team, driving international and domestic student opportunities. This role champions student mobility through exchange programmes and global experiences, while also managing Ara's diverse scholarship offerings. Your work will directly support Ara's strategic goals by opening doors for learners to thrive locally and globally.

Ngā Pūkenga Me Ngā Wheako - Skills and Experience
- A tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline or the equivalent body of knowledge gained through experience.
- Well organised and efficient with a good understanding of developing and implementing processes and systems
- Sound communication and engagement skills to connect with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to utilise data to adapt approaches for improved outcomes.
- Enthusiastic team member able to support planned engagement strategies.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to working within a team and with external stakeholders.
- Experience in understanding and the use of administrative systems and processes
- Have empathy with international students on campus and the demands of international travel.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service
