To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have:
- A proven track record in designing and implementing successful leadership development programmes
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to relate to a wide audience
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation
