Our Training Department are currently recruiting for a Senior Learning & Development Consultant on a fixed term contract. Key responsibilities in this role will include: design and delivery of purpose and future driven training, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and working in collaboration with the wider L&D team to ensure best practice.
Mōu | About You
- Senior level learning & development skills and experience (including but not limited to facilitation, eLearning, leadership capability, coaching)
- Senior level generalist HR, L&D and/or OD experience in a commercially and regulatory focused environment
- Experience managing / planning successful organisational change
- The ability to deliver in an agile work environment
- eLearning development and, considerable learning development / facilitation experience
- A certification in L&D or similar
