We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Team Leader to guide our Stores & Warehousing team to success. You’ll spend most of your time on the floor—leading by example, giving clear direction, and ensuring our workflow & throughput runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This is a role where you’ll connect with your team daily, drive results, and create a positive, high-performing culture.
Te Mahi / Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support team members to meet production targets and quality standards
- Communicate daily plans clearly and ensure everyone understands their role
- Maintain a strong safety culture and address non-compliance immediately
- Monitor workflow, quality, and yield, making adjustments where needed
- Champion continuous improvement and better ways of working

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You know how to bring out the best in people while keeping inventory handling & order fulfilment on track. You’re confident in your decisions, quick to problem solve, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
You will have:
- Proven leadership experience in a production or warehousing environment
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, people-focused style
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure
- Commitment to health & safety and quality compliance
- Energy, resilience, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team
