What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As a CRM Senior Test Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce CRM solutions are robust, scalable, and user-focused. You’ll design and execute high-quality test strategies across customisations, integrations, and configurations—working closely with developers, analysts, and the QA CRM Lead to validate business processes and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce CRM projects (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Salesforce-compatible tools.
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases and regression pipelines.
- Identify, log, and track defects; work with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Uphold DevOps and security best practices across testing processes
- Maintain clear, comprehensive test documentation and contribute to the QA knowledge base.

You’re a detail-oriented, collaborative engineer who thrives in agile environments and is passionate about quality. You bring a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and a proactive approach to testing and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, workflows, data models, and modules
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate quality risks throughout the SDLC
- Experience driving QA process improvements and adopting best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI)
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Datadog
